Shipping Information

Prettitch serves a global customer base, all Preetitch products are handmade from scratch and therefore cannot be changed or cancelled once an order has been placed.

Delivery Times - Items in stock will be despatched within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed. Please note that larger orders may cause a delay in delivery.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by the carrier, all orders are expected to arrive at the estimated time.

We ship to customers in the United States from our warehouse in the United States and worldwide from our warehouse in China. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to carriers. Our warehouse is currently closed to the public, so we do not offer local pickup.

Most orders are shipped one to two business days after the order is placed. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major US holidays.

We currently ship via UPS Ground. We do not offer expedited shipping, so please plan ahead! For smaller orders, we offer USPS First Class Mail service, which is an affordable option for customers who are not in a hurry.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact the carrier (such as USPS or UPS).

We are no longer responsible for packages once they have been handed over to USPS or UPS, nor are we responsible for packages that are stolen at the point of delivery after they have been delivered to you; please ensure that your package is delivered to a safe and secure location.

Can't find your package?

This can sometimes happen. The first thing to do is to check other delivery locations, such as back or front doors, hallways or neighbours' doors. The carrier will also sometimes mark a parcel as 'delivered' before it is delivered. If it has been a few days since you received the delivery notice, contact the carrier.
