If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact info@prettitch.com within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide relevant, true and complete proof of your return request.
We will not accept any return request after 24 hours.
For items eligible for return, please include the buyer's name, order number, and recipient's phone number in the email and send it to the agreed upon address along with the unwanted item(s) fully labeled.
It is important to note that items to be returned must be unworn, unused, unstained, undamaged, unwashed, untampered with, odorless, with the original tags attached and the original packaging intact. Of course, we are not responsible for items that have been damaged by the customer during the washing/drying process or have been damaged during wear.
Please consider the return as an opportunity for you to sell the merchandise back to us and take great care in the condition of the return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the item does not meet any of the above conditions. We appreciate your support and will do our best to take care of our customers.
